- We are seeking an inspirational, dynamic, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our
- Technology team at the International Schools Partnership (ISP). This pivotal role supports
- the implementation, integration, and administration of our strategic core application
- ecosystems, including iSAMS (group MIS), Workday (group HRIS), HubSpot (group CRM),
- IT Service Desk, and EdTech applications.
- The Data Analyst will be responsible for the overall management, configuration, and
- administration of these systems at both school and regional levels, ensuring data integrity,
- compliance, and seamless day-to-day operations. They will work closely with school-based
- teams, regional IT staff, and Academic Administration to maintain high application availability
- and minimize operational disruptions across all sites.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Data Management – Responsible for data gathering, processing, ensuring data
- structures are adequate and report design and administration as required. You will
- design and administer school-wide reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Core Applications Deployment & Implementation: Liaise with various
- stakeholders including other school departments and the regional/ central teams to
- actively support the deployment and implementation of key platforms such as iSAMS,
- Workday (HRIS), HubSpot (Admissions), etc.
- Training – Planning, coordinating, and conducting core applications-specific training
- for teaching and non-teaching staff for the school to maximize the user experience of
- the system, as necessary.
- Support – Serve as the primary technical contact for all school-level MIS systems,
- such as iSAMS, Workday, HubSpot etc. This role involves close collaboration with
- the IT teams at both school and regional level to resolve technical issues.
- Review – Monitoring the effectiveness of iSAMS and other MIS implementation and
- adoption; providing feedback regularly to leadership for informed planning.
- Other Duties
- Regional Travel – Willingness to travel across schools within the region to
- support system implementation, training, troubleshooting, and collaboration with school-based teams.
- Work with the Regional IT team and management to identify process
- improvement opportunities and devise data governance strategies.
- Adhere to all School Policies and Procedures, including the Code of Conduct.
- Ticket and Escalation Management
- Document knowledgebase, Change requests, and Project resource as needed.
- Flexible with regard to working hours and available on occasion to work
- outside of normal hours in response to support demands of the school and regional office.
- Active participation in new system initiatives that could help our schools improve efficiencies.
Experience and Required Technical Skills
- Candidate must possess Degree level within IT/MIS or relevant professional qualifications in field.
- Advanced MS Excel skill & high level of computing skills
- Experience in support in the K12 education sector is advantage.
- Proficient in English and Thai, both written and oral.
- Knowledge in SQL and SSRS reporting will be an added advantage.
- Experience with IT Technical Support such as end user device management,
- network and system, Microsoft 365, classroom technology devices will be added
- advantage.
- Ability and flexibility to travel across multiple school sites within the region as needed
